Who are the players in your project? The people the project manager and his team will interact with? It’s actually the project manager’s job to have them identified at every juncture! His goal: maintain good relationships with the various parties, understand their expectations and update all information concerning them as it comes. Last but not least, the project manager must also be aware of any change due to the involvement of new stakeholders: who are they? What are their demands, their role regarding the project?
