Corporate training: AuFéminin case study

Founded in 1999, aufeminin is a leading title on the women’s media scene and belongs to the global media group of the same name. Its outlets are viewed by nearly 143 million people around the world every month. In France, the aufeminin group’s platforms –, Marmiton, My Little Paris, Merci Alfred, Onmeda and EtoileCasting – record nearly 20 million unique users every month. With Marie-Laure Sauty de Chalon at its helm since 2010, aufeminin has promoted women’s rights through various activities and its support for charitable associations and NGOs.

The challenge

In a context where the media is changing fast, the aufeminin group is always looking for ways to renew its approach. The group wants to innovate in terms of format, content and positioning, so that it can become a distinctive part of women’s lives. To ensure it keeps growing and does not have to rely on advertising revenue alone, aufeminin has decided to develop new business lines.

The response

aufeminin has opted to team up with Coorpacademy to create the first ever online training programme dedicated to female leadership. It is divided into two courses – Be An Assertive Woman and Women Are Like Any Other Leader – covering 19 videos and 152 questions. Both are very much in step with aufeminin’s mission: helping women to achieve in all areas of life.

The result

10% of Coorpacademy’s major clients have already chosen the aufeminin courses to promote empowerment among their female employees and to train their organisation’s entire management staff. But male employees have shown just as much interest! 😉 Since it was launched, these two courses have been some of our bestsellers.
