CSR is everyone’s business: whatever the job you do, you can participate in it! But how? First, by engaging and co-building with the right stakeholders. This course begins by giving you a number of keys to identifying the stakeholders at play and prioritizing them. You will then explore three main functions in the company – leadership, managers and HR; supply chain and sales; and finance and accounting – and find out how different lines of work engage with different stakeholders, and can participate in CSR in their own ways.
