Intrapreneurship

The entrepreneurial adventure is not just for start-uppers. As digital technologies accelerate competition and create formidable competitors, creation and innovation must also be stimulated inside companies themselves, and not just in Research and Development. This is what is known as “intrapreneurship”. This approach makes it possible not only to imagine new lines of business, and therefore sources of income, but also to mobilize employees who get involved in new projects. It is therefore a powerful lever for increasing the engagement and motivation of teams, especially in younger employees. But this stimulation of internal skills requires a precise framework and clear rules. This is the subject of this course, designed in partnership with the economic magazine Challenges.
