Brightness started by organising the first European TEDx in Paris in 2009. Drawing on this experience, the founding members created Brightness to t... rain managerial and operational teams in public speaking skills and innovation. \nSince then, Brightness created L’Échappée Volée in 2013, the first ever “do-tank” where innovation is channelled into serving the common good. These two initiatives – TEDxParis and L’Échappée Volée – embody Brightness’ spirit of engaging with the world to help transform it.
