Challenge

  • Rapidly digitalizing as many training programs as possible: this ambitious objective implies a complete overhaul of the approach to training for employees and HR.
  • Digital & Soft Skills: the recently privatized Group is facing an unprecedented digitalization of its markets. It is essential that all employees are given the opportunity to develop their skills in these areas.
  • CSR program: the ambition is to acculturate 80% of employees to the key points of the Group’s CSR policy in less than a year.

Coorpacademy’s DigiLearn training platform is a key success factor to ensure these transformations and to reach these ambitious and necessary objectives to ensure the success of the organization.

Solution

  • Pre-requisite training: On DigiLearn and on business or managerial themes, learners must validate an initial course including a positioning test, online courses and then an evaluation test, before continuing with workshops, sometimes face-to-face, for practical application and peer-to-peer exchanges. Many training courses have been digitized in this way!
  • Digital literacy and CSR policy awareness are supported by certificates and specific courses, including both catalog courses and customized content created by in-house experts. Animations, challenges and 360° communication help boost commitment.
  • More than 3,000 certificates have been validated and the goal of having 80% of all employees become CSR literate is well underway.
