Business culture around the world differs greatly, and if you are to succeed in building relationships, working in different regions, or even just visiting a foreign office or colleague, it is important for you to be competent in dealing with the cultural differences. Communicating online, in particular, can be challenging as it misses facial expressions and body language, as well as many other factors. This course introduces you to the Lewis Model, a model developed in the 1990s that classifies people in 3 clear categories, based not on nationality or religion but on behaviour.
