Did you know? The more an organisation values interaction and encourages informal learning, the more teams develop a collaborative, solution-oriented approach to their daily work.

This month, the pedagogical team had a crush on the Peer-to-Peer Coaching course co-edited with Sia Partners, which is essential for setting up a learning organisation.

The teaching team’s favourite course of the month of November is the Nudge: Incentivising for better management course co-edited with Eyrolles Editions.

A course to discover how the layout of the workspace and good managerial attitudes can be real incentives to obtain the desired behaviour from your employees!

This month, our educational team had a crush on the course on Cybersecurity co-published with Video Arts.

The favorite of the month is the course “Understanding the ecological crisis” co-published with the Collège des Directeurs du Développement Durable (C3D). This course is essential to understand the mechanisms behind the ecological crisis, their interactions and their consequences.

The favourite of the month is the course “Preventing Discrimination and Encouraging Diversity” co-edited with Wolters Kluwer to make diversity a strength and a source of creativity.

In this month of June, the pedagogical team loved the course “Strategic Foresight” co-edited with Usbek & Rica. This course will allow you to learn how to apprehend tomorrow by studying possible futures, in order to orient your company’s strategy in an uncertain world.
